2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Artisan Auraa is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  • We cannot predict or control these charges. If a package is returned to us because the buyer refused to pay customs duties, the original shipping cost and any return costs will be deducted from the refund.

6. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged: If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately so we can file a claim.
  • Lost: Artisan Auraa is not liable for packages lost by the carrier if the tracking says "Delivered." However, we will do our best to assist you in locating the package or filing a claim with the carrier.
