SHIPPING POLICY

SECTION 1 – ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note:
- We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
- Custom or made-to-order items may have longer processing times. If an item has a longer lead time, it will be noted on the product page.
SECTION 2 – SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items and your location.
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $75 USD/CAD within North America.

SECTION 3 – INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, DUTIES & TAXES
We proudly ship to the United States and select international destinations.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Artisan Auraa is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer as the importer.
Refused Packages:
If you refuse a shipment from Artisan Auraa, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Artisan Auraa. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
SECTION 4 – P.O. BOXES
We generally ship via major carriers (such as Canada Post, USPS, UPS, or FedEx). If your address is a P.O. Box, please note that some private carriers (like FedEx/UPS) may not be able to deliver to you. We recommend providing a physical street address whenever possible to ensure smooth delivery.
SECTION 5 – HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@artisanauraa.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
SECTION 6 – LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Damaged in Transit:
If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the item and the packaging immediately and email us at support@artisanauraa.com within 48 hours. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Marked as Delivered but Missing:
Artisan Auraa is not liable for packages that have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing (e.g., stolen from a porch). Please ensure you have a secure location for deliveries. If your tracking says delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
SECTION 7 – INCORRECT ADDRESSES
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
